Problem Setting

People is so busy that they leave culture for later... How can we bring culture to daily life?

Design Research

Throught this process, we found great insights and identified our business opportunity:
There are many unused spaces in the cultural places. What if we offer them as workspaces?

Prototyping and user testing

We validated the concept and test the interface with some of our potential users.
Their feedback was used for taking further design decisions.

The Outcome

Book it Cultural is a service that allows users to book and spend their working or study time in inspiring spaces around Milan. These spots are located inside museums, theaters and galleries, and aim to bring more visitors and increase interest for culture. In addition, due to the use of smart technologies, users can locate easily their workspace, do check-in and check-out, and enjoy the cultural offer of the place.
