Co-design Workshop

I joined Politecnico's DESIS Lab team for supporting the development of the tools and the organisation of Co-Design Workshop of CIMULACT project, held in Milan. CIMULACT is an EU project on the Horizon 2020 framework, and it stands for ‘Citizen and Multi-Actor Consultation’. The project engages more than 1000 citizens in 30 countries in Europe for shaping a desirable sustainable future. www.cimulact.eu
The Co-design Workshop
The aim of this workshop was to validate, enrich and prioritize the reseach scenarios created in previous moments of the project. Polimi DESIS Lab selected 5 out of the 48 scenarios, in which 35 participants -all professional designers-, co-designed solutions for the different challenges.
Scenario Display
Each scenario displayed an aspiration from the citizens, which was represented with a 3D mockup that prompted the curiosity and the discussion around the topic.
The tools
The tools were designed to answer five mandatory questions for enriching the research scenarios. In addition, this session included a round of ideas, prototyping and voting in which the most relevant topic was selected.
