I’m strong at using design to make complex systems more humane, efficient, and clear — especially in environments where the stakes are high and ambiguity is the norm.

• Led the design of targeted interventions and an internal digital platform for the billing cycle, improving efficiency across operational and medical teams.
• Mapped the oncology patient journey, defined key performance indicators, and supported SaaS integration to help teams identify and address critical issues.
• Led the end-to-end design process for four digital financial products, guiding discovery, definition, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Built and scaled the design team from scratch to 14 members, establishing UX, UI, and research capabilities and fostering a strong design culture within the organisation.
• Conducted research at Polimi DESIS Lab, mapping the Service Design landscape for ServDes2018 — Conference held in Milan (June 2018). servdes.org
• Contributed to the redesign of IFAD’s intranet used across multiple international locations, improving information architecture and usability for hundreds of employees.
• Collaborated with the development of co-creation tools and workshops as part of the EU Horizon 2020 CIMULACT project.www.cimulact.eu
• Contributed to the New Media team by designing solutions for web portals, newsletters, and special digital editions.
• Supported the company’s shift from print to digital by developing new products and strategies to complement the Yellow Pages.
